🚀 Start Attractor is hiring a Startup Assistant & Project Manager in Pisa.
We are looking for a motivated professional to support startups, research-based ventures and entrepreneurial teams throughout their development journey, from early-stage ideas to acceleration, corporate partnerships and investment readiness.
The role combines startup scouting and support, venture-building programmes, open innovation initiatives, stakeholder coordination and the operational management of national and international funded projects. You will work with startups, universities, companies, investors, mentors and public institutions, with a particular focus on the Health and Agri-Tech sectors.

Junior Business Developer
Join Start Attractor as a Junior Business Developer to support our mission of connecting companies, startups, academic research, investors, and institutions through innovation and venture-building initiatives.and help shaping the future of the Foundation.
The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business development, open innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies, contributing to projects with corporate partners, SMEs, startups, universities, and other innovation ecosystem stakeholders.
Ideal profile
We are looking for a proactive and curious candidate with:
a degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related fields;
up to 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, innovation, startups, or related areas;
strong interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, AI, and emerging technologies;
excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills;
English proficiency at C1 level or above and good working knowledge of Italian.
The role includes business development support, market research, relationship management, proposal preparation, CRM activities, and participation in events and innovation programs.
Contract: fixed-term full-time, CCNL Commercio, RAL 28-32K based on skills and experience.
